  • Well Kelly..I am just a small town girl where everyone knows everyone else and here in the South if the guy has a good reputation in his work and his honest, then I would hire him and would not think twice about it.

  • This guy is a "normal" woking class citizen. It does not matter if he has a license. It will only hurt if if he does not get a job because of it.  It is not like he is trying to be a doctor without a license.
